Dr. Eva Susanne Blazek is the Director of Behavioral Research for Lirio, with interdisciplinary expertise in social psychology and behavioral economics.

Ms. Blazek moves to Lirio from Korn Ferry where she was Director of Thought Leadership and Outcomes Research. Her expertise includes longitudinal and mixed-methods research.

Since 2018 Ms. Blazek has co-led the development of new frameworks and intellectual property on individual and organizational purpose, mission, and values.

She received her doctorate of philosophy in social psychology from the University of Minnesota, USA.
